IECnet member Anis Wahabi just released a new book entitled in French ‘ GESTASS 2018, Manuel de gestion des associations’ , ‘ GESTASS 2018, Manual for the management of associations’. An IECnet Board member for 8 years and member of the IECnet Committee on Auditing since 2007, Anis Wahabi is a highly qualified accountant and auditor with 17 years of professional experience in accountancy, financial management, financial audit, and business consulting for public and private-sector companies, financial institutions, government, and international organizations throughout Africa, North Africa, and the Middle East.
Mr. Wahabi is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Tunisian Certified Public Accountants Institute, President of the Tunisian commission for the preparation of state accounting standards, a member of the National Council of Taxation and has participated in the drafting and discussion of the Tunisian National Budget Law.
He has significant experience with investment and development projects financed by international financial institutions (the World Bank, EU, UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF), including the preparation of operating and financial management manuals for IFI-financed projects as well as project audits.
Mr. Wahabi is also an international trainer on Internal Audit, Accounting and Management Control, and author of technical books and manuals on IFRS, Public Accounting and NGO management.
