It provides a unique chance to travel globally, observe different practices, and learn from one another as part of the IECnet community and family. This initiative not only enriches professional experience but also strengthens the bonds within our network, all at no cost to the employer. The offers are aimed exclusively at employees of IECnet members.

In 2019 I had an incredible experience in London at our IECnet member's office, Sayers Butterworth LLP.I spent 9 months working in London office, in center city. I was very well welcomed by all the partners, especially Andrew Burch and all team. I had a unique opportunity to connect and communicate with a different company and organization, new environments, with different people and cultures.In addition to the office time, I had the chance to socialize with the teams in an out-of-office environment and I can say that I made a very special friend from Romania there with whom I still keep in touch today. I also had the opportunity to get to know the marvelous city of London better and improve my English. It was undoubtedly a unique and enriching experience that I will certainly repeat!
